International shipping is carried out by Hellenic Post Office. For shipments to countries within the European Union estimated delivery time is between 3 (three) and 5 (five) working days. Shipments to non EU European countries, USA and Asia dispatch as a registered parcel, via Hellenic Post Office. Estimated delivery time is between 10 (ten) and 12 (twelve) working days.
Orders shipped within Greece are dispatched via Speedex with estimated delivery time between 1 (one) and 2 (two) working days.
Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only.
Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is placed and confirmed and includes a 24 hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched by our warehouse.
Please make sure your shipping details are correct (address, name, etc.) as there is no way to redirect orders once they are on their way to you.
We are not responsible for any delay caused by relevant custom authorities.
Upon delivery of the purchased products, we require your signature, at which point responsibility for the products passes to you. If you have specified another person as the recipient of the purchased products, then their signature serves as evidence of fulfillment of the delivery and likewise transfer of the responsibility.
Please check that the package is not damaged before signing.
TAX AND CUSTOMS
Delivery within the E.U. is not subject to duties or additional taxes. However, if you are a customer from a non E.U. country, you might be asked to pay further duties at customs’ control. Cross-border deliveries are subject to possible inspection by the relevant custom authorities.
We have no control over possible additional charges or inspections.
Your satisfaction is extremely important to us and we do our best to have all our customers happy with their purchases. However, in case you would like to return your purchased item, please note that you can do so within 14 days after delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please note as well that refunds will be made as soon as returned items are received and accepted and they will be made to the initial form of payment. All shipping return costs are payable by the customer.
Returns either for refund or exchange may only be made if all of the following conditions are met:
1) The product has not been worn, used, modified or damaged, nor has it undergone any changes that could result in not being able to be resold as brand new.
2) The product was not custom-made.
3) The product is returned in its original packaging including its invoice.
If these conditions are not met, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange and send the item back to you after inspection.
